Weekly Bowls Notice 31 March – 2025

Social Bowls was called off due to the wet weather on Wednesday of last week. Monday Social Bowls we had 16 players. Winners were Ken House Rosie Fuller. Runners up were Di Richter, Judy Hoenger. Social Bowls played every Monday and Wednesday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.  

Best of luck to the following bowlers playing in State events over the next few days. Graham Bourke, Terry McMillan (sub for Gav Latham) in the Senior Men’s Pairs. Todd Fuller in the Men’s Singles. Matt Fletcher in the Reserve Singles. The following games have been set down for Saturday 5 April – 9.30am start.  Open Singles. Marj South plays Lindsay McIntyre, marker Mick Pennell. Minor Singles. Sammi Robinson plays Scott Froome, marker Paul Wadleigh. Rosie Fuller plays Terry Ogilvie, marker Peter Robinson. Minor Pairs. Cahill McIntyre, Andrew Carey play Benny Wilson, Ken House.  

Nominations are now open for the following games: Mixed Pairs. Major/Minor Pairs - a boxed draw to take place for this. Mixed Fours. Major/Minor Fours - a boxed draw to take place for this also. Nominations close on 28 April. 2025.
