We can style and design your room to your desire and are there with handy hints throughout the planning process.
We are also able to offer the beautiful Saumarez Homestead for your ceremony and reception for up to 90 people in the Jackson centre, a beautiful and rustic old stable, or for over 90 people we can quote you on a marquee that is set in the landscaped gardens with the house itself as the backdrop. Or, our couples can choose to have their ceremony at the Homestead and then the reception back in either our elegant Tops or Auditorium spaces.

- Help you organise and design your decorations, centrepieces and menu selections
- Identify venues for photos and ceremonies if required
- Provide you with a detailed list of our preferred wedding service & suppliers whom we have used before and trust. This covers hair & beauty, celebrants, photographers, entertainment, wedding cakes, florists, guest accommodation and everything in between
- Coordination of deliveries & services on the wedding day so you don’t have to
- Develop a back-up plan in the event of a disaster
- Offer advice and knowledge on all things weddings

Why should it cost extra for your wedding to look stunning? We have elegant chair covers and sashes in a variety of colours for both your reception, and ceremony. If you’rr choosing different coloured table cloth, overlays, or theming of any sort, ask us how we can help.
All round tables can be dressed with your choice of napkin and with confidence we fear no fold. Why not include a souvenir menu tied with an organza ribbon, all of course in keeping with your chosen colour scheme.
Have an amazing centrepiece design in your head? Let us make it a reality. We love creating that special touch with our beautiful centrepieces and have the expertise and equipment to make them truly memorable. We also have great relationships with our local florists and we will work with them to create elegant floral arrangements to suit your chosen theme.
