Weekly Bowls Notice 16 December, 2024

Social Bowls played on Wednesday we had 12 players. Winners were Benny Wilson, Des Schuman, Campbell Schubert. Runners up were Judy Hoenger, Brad White, Ken House.  Monday social bowls we had 10 players, winners were Joe Lankester, Geoff Monley, Des Schuman. This coming Wednesday 18 December will be the last game of social bowls for the 2024 year. Monday social bowls will resume Monday 6 January, 2025. Wednesday social bowls will resume Wednesday 8 January, 2025. Social Bowls played every Monday and Wednesday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.  Results from games played over the weekend. Major Singles. Todd Fuller defeated Gavin Latham 25-6. Mal Ahoy defeated Paul Bullen 25-23. Minor Pairs. Lee Robinson, Sammi Robinson defeated Bruce Wadleigh, Terry Ogilvie 17-6. Major Pairs. Terry McMillan, Kyle Brodbeck defeated Mark Carey, Tom Inman 20-13. Graham Bourke, Gavin Latham defeated Victor Ng, Mal Turner 25-23. The following game has been set down for this weekend.   Sunday 22 December, 9.00am start. Mixed Pairs Final. Tom Inman, Rosie Fuller play Marj South, Steve Fuller.
