It was a very successful weekend for the club on the greens with the number five pennant team managing to defeat Glen Innes 6-0 to win the district and the number seven (north) winning their section and they will now go on to play the winners of the south division. In the fives the club needed to win on all rinks and they did just that with wins to teams skipped by Reg Clutterbuck 20-19, Mike Jackson 16-15 and Keith Hunt 19-15.
In club major singles many matches went right down to the wire and some close finishes and the results are as follows.
